The CPR training lab at Forth Worth was a no brainer. It was so convinient, I could choose from multiple timeslots, the access to building was straight forward, the environment super clean. The feedback from the computer generated CPR was accurate and directly tailored to my compressions. AND I was done in 30 mins. Great experience. I will definitely return next recertification period.

This was my first time getting CPR certified, and I didn’t really know what to expect — but it ended up being way easier and more interesting than I thought. I went to the Houston location and used the RQI station, which was super simple to follow. The machine gave me instant feedback, so I knew exactly how to fix things and get it right. It felt more like a hands-on game than a class, and I actually learned a lot. I was nervous going in, but now I feel way more confident. I’d definitely recommend this for other teens who need to get certified!

This was the best, most efficient CPR certification experience I’ve had. I went to the lab in the North Houston office and used their RQI station — such a huge improvement over the traditional classroom-style courses I’ve done in the past. No long lectures or waiting around for everyone to take turns practicing. Instead, I got real-time feedback, which helped me adjust and improve right on the spot. It was interesting to see how precise you have to be, and kind of fun, too. If you’re used to the old-school method, this new approach is a total game-changer. Highly recommend!

Who should take BLS certification and BLS renewal classes?

BLS is required for healthcare professionals; nurses, physicians, dentists or dental professionals, paramedics, EMTs, physical therapists and other healthcare workers. First responders; firefighters, police officers, and public safety personnel and healthcare students. Individuals who want to be prepared to help in emergencies at home, work, or in the community can also benefit from BLS training.

Who should take ACLS certification and ACLS renewal classes?

ACLS certification is designed for healthcare professionals, especially those who regularly handle cardiac emergencies or are in high-risk environments. This includes physicians, nurses, paramedics, and EMRs. The certification is recommended for those who directly or indirectly participate in the management of cardiac arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies

Who should take PALS certification and PALS renewal classes?

PALS certification is highly recommended for healthcare providers who work with children and infants, including those in emergency response, intensive care, and critical care units. This includes physicians, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals involved in the emergency treatment of pediatric patients. It's particularly important for those who may be called upon to manage life-threatening situations in children

How often do I need to renew my certification?

American Heart Association certifications are valid for two years. We recommend periodic refresher courses to ensure your skills remain current and effective.

What should I bring or prepare for my class?

All equipment is provided in the testing facility. You just need to prepare your log in information on the day of your skill test.

Can I choose between Instructor-Led option and Online/Blended learning options?

Our voice-enabled manikins give more precise feedback than human instructors, are quicker to get you through the training, and are more convenient to schedule.  All of this combined means that our students prefer the simplicity and effectiveness of our tech-led instruction.  Still, for students who need it we have a team of online CPR instructors available to assist you during your skills session.  You can find their contact information in the office when you visit.

What courses do you offer?

We offer Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)—all designed to meet American Heart Association guidelines.

Do you offer same-day certification?

Yes, our courses include a hands-on skills assessment at the end of the training session. Upon successful completion, you receive your official American Heart Association certificate on the same day.

What is AHA CPR Certification Training?

AHA CPR Training is the gold standard in lifesaving education, resulting in certifications needed for most healthcare professionals and others in positions requiring emergency response knowledge and CPR skills. It teaches you essential skills—like performing high-quality chest compressions, rescue breathing, and proper AED use—to effectively respond to emergencies.

How does the RQI® system work?

Advanced sensors within the manikin measure your compression depth, rate, and ventilation quality. The system displays this data instantly, allowing you to adjust your performance for optimal results during your training session.

How long does each course take?

Course lengths vary: BLS courses typically range from 90 minutes to 3 hours, while ACLS and PALS courses are more comprehensive due to the advanced topics covered. Detailed timings are provided during registration.

What is the RQI® Simulation Station?

The RQI® Simulation Station is a state-of-the-art training system that provides real-time, data-driven feedback on your CPR performance. It helps you refine your technique by monitoring key metrics during practice.
